Description
The tail end of the fillet where the cut goes thinner, this cut is just as tender as fillet steak, but much narrower. Fillet Tail can be cooked as a steak or is perfect cut into strips for a very tender stir-fry (And its cheaper!)

Cooking Instructions
Cook as you would a fillet steak by heating up a little oil or butter in a frying pan: for a rare steak: cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side; for medium, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side; and for well done cook for 5-6 minutes each side. OR thinly slice and use to make quick stirfry or Beef Stroganoff.
