Cooking Instructions
As the name suggests, braising steak is best when braised. A long and slow cook with plenty of moisture. Try browning the steak in a hot pan with a little oil, then add some beef stock, bring to the boil, then simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes. When cooked thicken the stock to make a beautiful rich gravy.
