Sirloin is ideal when grilled or fried. Keep cooking the steak simple, and pair it with a rich sauce such as peppercorn or Béarnaise. Heat up a little oil or butter in a frying pan. Then for a rare steak: cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side; for medium, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side; and for well done cook for 5-6 minutes each side.
