Any apple sauce recipe starts with the apples. That’s why Cartwright & Butler only use Bramley Apples. Only ever grown in England, these apples are unique in retaining their intense flavour during cooking. Perfect with our Gloucester Old Spot pork, apple sauce but also works surprisingly well as a sweetener in bakes such as muffins, added to plain yoghurt, or as a topping for muesli. Packed in signature clip-lid jar with ceramic lid, it looks good on any table.
