The secret is in the way they breed and raise their flocks, using the best of traditional farming methods and allowing the birds to roam freely in pastures and woodland. All KellyBronze turkeys come from slow growing strains which take around six months to grow to maturity. They live on locally grown cereal and vegetable protein, totally free from drugs, growth promoters or additives. The processing methods are traditional, too. The birds are dry plucked then hung for at least 14 days to develop that characteristic KellyBronze flavour. Then they are hand wrapped and boxed ready for delivery.
