- Make Your Own Pigs in Blankets (12) (500g Chipolatas and 250g free range streaky bacon)
- Dry Cured Streaky Bacon (250g)
- Shropshire Spice Wild Sage & Roast Onion Wholemeal Stuffing (150g)

Raised by the Brisbourne family in Shrewsbury (Shropshire) day old turkey chicks are hatched and raised, during their life they will roam freely and graze the pastures of the farm. They are fed home grown wheat and potatoes as well as a specially prepared corn ration which is free of growth promoters and additives. At night the birds are brought into large barns for protection which are bedded daily with straw. The birds are processed on the farm, reducing food miles but also reducing stress for the animals. Dry plucked and aged for 7-10 days producing a succulent, tender and quality Christmas bird. Supplied with giblets.
