There are three categories of Wild Game:- Small Game in Feather, which consists of; Pheasant, Partridge, Mallard, Pigeon, Woodcock and Grouse. Small Game in Fur is made up of Rabbit and Hare.. Finally, Large Game which consists of Venison and Wild Boar. The popularity and the demand for Wild Game meat has grown significantly over recent years.
