All KellyBronze turkeys come from slow growing wild strains of turkeys which take around six months to grow to mature. They are fed on locally grown cereal and vegetable protein, totally free from drugs, growth promoters or additives. Reared by the Cartwright family in Condover, the family are celebrating 30 years of raising Kelly Bronze Turkeys this year so know a thing or two about producing Christmas turkeys. The birds are hung for aged for 10 days to allow for the flavour to mature and develop, the finest Turkey around!
