Image on Food was founded in 1988 with the aim of creating personalised gingerbread biscuits that would delight both children and adults alike. Originally producing the traditional "gingerbread man" we are now able to create any shape, logo or design that our customers require for any event or season.

Traditional ingredients and skills are combined with state of the art technology to allow us create and package our gingerbread novelties. Staff are a vital "ingredient" to the smooth running of the Image on Food as our biscuits are all hand-decorated ensuring their high quality is consistent time after time. Our gingerbread novelties are made using only the finest ingredients and will stay fresh and enjoyable for up to 6 months.

Our factory was custom built in 2006 and has achieved the highest efsis accreditation level. Food safety is of the utmost importance and with our computerised production management system in place we are able to guarantee our customers full traceability on all of our products.

Our customers include a number of independent department stores, major coffee chains and distributors throughout the UK as well as top European food stores and the smaller market customers such as farm shops, delicatessens, museums and tourist attractions.

We also work with promotional companies who are always looking for a "food product" to use as a promotion. Products have been developed over years for many blue-chip companies.
