Shropshire Salumi is a small company based in north Shrewsbury. Will hand produces some of the finest salami and cured meat around. Cured in traditional ways Will takes pride in using the very best quality ingredients and follows a similar nose to tail ethos as ourselves.
All the pork used is free range Gloucester old spots and is sourced within 25 miles of their premises. All spices are sourced from ethical suppliers and are of the finest quality, they use traditional casings for their products.
