Fordhall made traditional Scottish Haggis. Weight of final Haggis to be between 400g-500g (Advised for 2-4 people). Made using Fordhall beef suet, a mixture of Fordhall pasture fed offal and a special blend of natural warming seasoning. Finished off by being hand tied in a natural ox bung. Gently simmer to cook or wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 170° fan. Only available for nationwide delivery on the 24th of January or collection from the Farm shop on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th of January.
