Large, succulent gammon steaks cut from the leg of our cured gammon joints. Cured from local free range pork the leg provides a lean cut of pork with a nice covering of fat which once cooked will produce tasty and golden brown steaks. Serve with free range eggs and chunky hand cut chips for the perfect midweek meal.
