SLOW COOK HONEY AND GARLIC SHREDDED CHICKEN
Recipe from Fordhall Farm

This is a super easy mid-week family meal. Simply put all the ingredients into a crock pot and slow cook for 4 hours. As you're slow cooking the flavours of the sauce will really come out in the chicken. You can’t go wrong and there’s often some left over to freeze – even with teenagers in the house!

Cook with chicken thighs or chicken breast – your choice!

CHICKEN CACCIATORE
Recipe from Fordhall Farm

Originating in Italy, this rustic recipe has some lovely fresh flavours to it.

Tender pieces of chicken are slowly simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce, infused with garlic, onions, and herbs. It’s the kind of meal that fills the kitchen with warm, savory aromas and pairs perfectly with pasta, crusty bread, potatoes or a simple side of vegetables.

TURKEY GIBLET GRAVY STOCK
Recipe from James, Fordhall Farm

This ia a fanastic recipe which has been in our family for years. It’s always a favourite at our table!

We all love it because the gravy is nutritious and full of flavour, and best of all it makes the most from the turkey you’ll be serving for Christmas. It’s easy too, as you can make the stock in advance, and any leftovers can be frozen for future roasts.
