Description

Traditional dry cured unsmoked back bacon, cured by our butchers using local free range pork. Taken from the loin, back bacon typically has a good covering of fat on the outside of the cut which will become crisp once cooked. A must have on any classic British fry up. Average of 4-6 slices per 250g.
