Description
A whole beef shank (min weight 2kg) taken from the leg of our pasture fed beef. Also referred to as Thors hammer due to its shape and size! Must be cooked or smoked slowly due to its weight and size, but doing so will create a tender and flavoursome joint which will be just as impressive on the table once cooked.
