Boneless lamb shoulder steaks taken from our pasture fed lamb. Thick cut perfect for home dicing, stewing or braising on a bed of veg. Higher fat covering and content than lamb leg, which when when cooked slowly will melt and create a wonderful rich flavour. This product is a bulk buy and will contain 2.5kg of boneless steaks which is typically between 12-16.
