These All Butter Shortbreads are made from a traditional recipe which includes 100% real butter to make proper Yorkshire biscuits from the British Isles.
Shortbread is baked at a low temperature to keep a pale colour and the perfect ratio of crumble to crunch. The result is some of the most delectable, moreish biscuits in the whole of the Cartwright & Butler selection.
