Fordhall Farm pork pies are made in the bakery on the farm. A favourite in the Farm Shop. Made using free range pork and hand made hot water pastry.
This Pie has Blue Stilton Cheese crumbled into the pork.

Pastry: Flour (Gluten) Pork Lard, Water, Salt
Filling: Pork, Pork fat, Blue Stilton (Cheese) Gelatine, Dextrose, Salt, Stabiliser (E407), Potassium Chloride, Yeast Extract, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Natural Flavourings, Flavouring. Rusk, water, Salt, Pepper
