Cooking Instructions
Brisket requires a slow cook. Preheat the oven to 200C/ Gas 6. Place the brisket in a roasting dish and cover with foil or a lid. Cook for 1 hour before reducing the heat to 140C/ Gas 1, cook for a further 50 minutes per 450g, remembering to baste regularly.
