Description
Fordhall Mutton is a well developed meat which when compared to lamb is a more complex and flavoursome taste. The chop is taken from the loin of our pasture fed sheep so chops will contain a nice covering of fat whilst still being lean around the bone. Possibility that mutton items will be supplied frozen when out of season.
